Delivery and Returns


RETURNS: 

If you change your mind or the item isn't right you are able to return it. Items must be returned within 7 days of you receiving the item. A purchase will be finalised within 7 days of you receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, clothes must be unused and in the same condition with tags. We do have the right to deny a refund. Please contact Ça Bouge Boutique prior to your return.

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THEY ARE DEEMED TO BE FAULTY.

 

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty. 

FAULTY ITEMS:

On the odd occasion that an item may be faulty, please contact us at the store. We can then either organise a store credit or a refund. 

SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on all orders which are over $100 within New Zealand. Anywhere outside of New Zealand will be charged an extra $20 on top of their order. Every item will be tracked and we will aim to get your item posted within 24 hours of purchasing. If there is a delay in dispatching we will advise you.  If returning an item, you are responsible for paying for the shipping. We are not responsible for any lost parcels that are being returned. Ensuring the parcel is insured or tracked would reduce this risk.
