Delivery and Returns


If you change your mind or the item isn't quite right, you are able to return it, bearing in mind that Sale items are not eligible for a refund, and Final Sales are not eligible for any form of return.

Items must be returned within 7 days of you receiving the item. A purchase will be finalised within 7 days of you receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be brand new, unused and with original packaging and tags intactWe do have the right to deny a refund. Please contact Ça Bouge Boutique prior to your return.

Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty. 


Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.  Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty. 


On the odd occasion that an item may be faulty, please contact us at the store.  We can then either organise a store credit or a refund. 


We offer FREE shipping within New Zealand for orders over $100.  Orders shipped outside of New Zealand are charged $30 in addition to the order total.  All shipments are tracked and we aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of purchase. We will advise if there is a delay. 

Please notify Ça Bouge Boutique prior to returning an item.  Return freight is the responsibility of the customer, and Ça Bouge Boutique is not responsible for the loss of returned purchases.  Please arrange for the parcel to be insured or tracked to reduce this risk.
